Chipotle Ghost Hot Sauce
Made from ripe red jalapeños smoked over maple wood, blended with super-hot ghost peppers and garlic scapes (the long green shoots that grow from the garlic bulb), then aged in the same Journeyman Distillery rye barrel used to make Firefly's private selection rye ~ after several months of fermenting to take on characteristics from the oak and whiskey, it's piquant, spicy, and delicious.
