My husband and I have been on a quest to find great BBQ in MA. We've gone to a handful of places and decided to try Firefly for his birthday this past Fri. Our server was great and walked us through the menu when she found out it was our first time there. Based on her helpful recommendation, we split a 4 meat combo platter. She also brought us every sauce so we could try all of them. Not only we're the portions generous, but every meat and all of the sides were incredible! The brisket was fall apart tender (with no fat)! Each sauce was distinctive and we loved all of them. The friendly owner was walking around, talking to all of the patrons. When I mentioned that it was my husband's birthday, he promptly gave us a slice of red velvet cake. Even the dessert was amazing. Every single aspect of our dining experience was well worth the hour drive from the city. We've found the best BBQ in MA. We're looking forward to coming back!

I've had BBQ in Atlanta; I've had it in both Carolinas; I've had it in Kansas City. I honestly cannot say I've ever had better BBQ than what I had at Firefly's. Yes, in Massachusetts.

Great food, fall off the bone ribs! Cornbread and sides are outstanding! Wish they were closer to home but definitely worth the ride. Great job! Back again tonight for dinner. Service was great, busy Saturday night too. Owner was making the rounds to talk to each table to ensure everything was good. Started with drinks and an appetizer of burnt bites. Brisket bites that were so good and tender! Had a combo platter of brisket, ribs and pulled pork , sides of fries, coleslaw and Cornbread. Food was excellent! Definitely worth the ride!! Best BBQ I've had! Great job!

Just came by here for takeout Sunday night. Ordered over the phone and my order was ready in 5 minutes as promised. I ordered some baked beans and corn bread. I had a little confusion over ordering not enough corn bread so I had to go back up and order more, but the staff was very nice about me making that mistake and got me more cornbread right away. Will have to come back for one of the live music nights and dine in!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new place to eat & Firefly’s BBQ was 1st on the list & I am so happy we stopped. Some of the best food we have had! I recommend the burnt brisket ends & the sour cream horseradish dip. Melt in your mouth! We tried several different items & all of them were outstanding, like heaven you could say. It’s a must. I need to take my dad here ASAP! Worth the drive I promise. The waiters are very nice as well. We had a great time together. Oh & the best fried chicken we have ever tasted! It’s smoked and then fried, OMG! Delicious 100%.

Fun place to go for great BBQ, friendly service, and even entertainment! Great selection of meats and sauces and sides; they serve everything from salads to pizza and everything in between! Southern offerings include po boys and fried pickles. Try one of the combo platters for a good sampling. Service is friendly and very good; server recommendations are always great.

Staff was so welcoming and friendly. But nothing can describe the sheer, mouthwatering deliciousness that is the food here. Had the ribs and fried chicken. I craved it again the next day! Oh and there is a sweeeet pool hall on the other side. Legit tables.
